Here are some tips for reduce loading time of website....
1 Optimize HTML and CSS
2 Load images and other resources from a separate (sub)domain that doesn't use cookies
3 Optimize your images
4 Leverage browser caching
5 Use image sprites
All these tips help you to reduce website loading time

Optimizing the HTML and CSS design could really reduce the loading time. Designing less flash objects in the website would work too. And, last is reducing image sizes to reduce the weight to the page.
