The director Farah khan is back again this time with TEES MAAR KHAN. The romantic hit Akahay Kumar and Katrina Kaif is back to hit the box-office again as they did in past movie such as NAMASTEY LONDON, WELCOME, SINGH IS KINNG and DE DANA DAN, now it is TEES MAAR KHAN. The movies made by Farah kahan as we know is always a mixture of all the basic elements such as action, romance, drama, good music and many more things in a single movie as we have seen in her past two movies namely MAI HOON NA and OM SHANTI OM, both of this movie contained a poor script but became a great hit in bollyhood just because of her formula of mixing the basic elements, a lot of publicity is the main weapon for Farah Khan. In TEES MAAR KHAN the item song “Sheila Ki Jawani” is the pretty strong buzz, Katrina Kaif looks superb in this song and this song in already in the top list.
Tees Maar Khan is a the story of Tabrez Mirza Khan, or TMK, an international smuggler commonly described as a half Robin Hood because he steals from the rich without giving anything to the poor. Based on this the movie script is written and the other mixture is added to this basic element.
The movie deals with the story of Tabrez Mirza Khan as Tees Maar Khan (Akshay Kumar), he had a great impact of his mother watching criminal movies when he was still in his mother womb. And when he born he starts stealing things. He has billed himself like a superchor who can break any lock with very easily. The three team members in his group by name Dollar, Soda and Burger, with them he can steal any anything in this world. When ever caught by the police, even they cant keep him in jail for a long time because of his talent of breaking any lock with easy. Anya(Katrina Kiaf) is a dumb girl friend of Akshay kumar, who dreams to be a top actress.
A international old traditional smugglers, named Johri brothers (Raghu Ram and Rajiv Laxman) hire TMK to rob a antiques worth 500 crore rupees from a moving train which is well guarded.
The first half is a full fun ride, the entry of TMK from a moving plane is fantastic. Later in the second stage as TNK starts to direct the film by name “Bharat Ka Khazana” at this point of the movie the direction fails and the audience looses interest in the main movie.
The movie fails the expectations of the audience because of loose script. The hilarity also get lost in the second part of the movie and even in first half they are only few gags which are funny. The dialogues written by shirish kunder are also unappetizing. Music by vishal-shekhar and shirish kunder is good which can give a lift to this movie. The song “Sheila ki Jawani” has already hits the chart; the title track is also a good one.
Akshay Kumar acting is a good job. But he has nil fresh offers as we have seen him playing several similar roles in the past. Katrina Kaif plays a aspirant actress to excellence and entirely sputter in Sheila ki Jawani.
Akshaye Khanna is brilliant. It's actually good seeing him exaggerate as his roles claim that. Raghu Ram and Rajiv Laxman don't have much to do. Salman Khan's guest appearance in Wallah re wallahis first-rate. Chunky Pandey is very funny. Arya Babbar is honest. Ali Asgar is drivable. All the other actors play their part well.

TEES MAAR KHAN ends with a song called 'Happy Ending' in which many cast and crew members receive Oscars. Any how this movie has no chance to win the Oscars in real life so it is given in reel only. The movie TEES MAAR KHAN would a be great hit if the director of this movie would have concentrated more on the second half and would have add some more laughter gags which was very much excepted from this movie. Any how the final words would be that this movie is watchable only if you leave your logical mind outside the multiplex.
